Possible Triggers:
- weather change- pressure is rising, temperature is falling
- allergies- I seem to be having allergy symptoms lately
- hormones- it's about that time of the month
- food- nothing out of the ordinary today or yesterday

I joined the migraine club at the age of 34.
This blog follows my attempts to determine what triggers these headaches for me.

Love the idea of a migraine blog. I think my most recent was caused by hormones, greasy fish fry and stress!
What I don’t get is that Imitrex is supposed to be non drowsy. Well, it knocks me out. I guess that’s a good thing because I would prefer to be unconscious during a migraine!
Imitrex doesn't make me sleepy, but I feel pretty "funky" when I take it. Last spring I had to teach after taking it a few times and I felt like I was seeing people raising their hands out of the corner of my eye (90-student lecture class). Of course, I'm never sure if it is the migraine making feel like that or the drugs!
