What I ate yesterday after breakfast:
- small snack of edamame
- lunch- leftover tofu enchilada casserole & tofutti cutie for dessert
- half-caf soy latte from Starbucks
- dinner- vegetarian burrito from Qdoba
I joined the migraine club at the age of 34.
This blog follows my attempts to determine what triggers these headaches for me.
